We offer 3 different sizes for the FemiCushion supporter garment. Please measure yourself using the instructions below before placing your order.
Measure horizontally around the waist across the navel over bare skin. FemiCushion works best if the horizontal belt on the supporter fits over the waist. Depending on your figure, there may be some leftover fabric, but this does not affect its use.
Confirm the FemiCushion size that suits you after measuring your waist by referring to the sizing chart.
Because our supporter sizes overlap, be sure to carefully select the size based on your measurement.
How to use
1.Secure the cushion to the holder
2.Make sure all prolapsed organs are returned inside the body
3.Undo the supporter and remove surface faster tape
4.Position the cushion and holder to your body
5.Put on the supporter
6.Adjust the horizontal and vertical belts of the supporter

Returns must be postmarked and mailed within 15 days of receipt of the product. Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products that are returned in unused and unworn condition, with the original packaging.
Due to the nature of this product, FemiCushion is no longer eligible for a refund or return once it has been used. In cases of return, import fees, shipping fees, and a $30 shipping and handling fee will be subtracted from the total refundable amount. Alice Youatt Unlike some reviewers who didn't take to pessaries, I, however, used a ring pessary successfully for some 12 years until recently when a couple of issues arose and led me to discontinue its use. I had learned to put it in and take it out each month for cleaning and thus didn't need a visit to the doctor. I am seeing a Urogynecologist soon to discuss surgical options but will not rush in my decision to have surgery. Until I decide, I have turned to Femicushion. Kudos to the staff for answering my numerous questions promptly and patiently. All the items that I ordered and which were sent quickly are of very good quality. The concept of the cushion is clever and the means for securing it and holding it place is also smart. I have to be honest though and say that it doesn't feel as comfortable as the pessary but maybe with time, I'll adapt to the feel of it. I am very glad to be able to have Femicushion to help me in the here and now.

Overall Satisfied Customer Yr product does help with the prolapse and I do agree with the rest of your customers that the price of the supporters are a bit pricey because majority of the time u need more than one supporter to change like panties.
