We are confident that FemiCushion can help relieve prolapse symptoms. Before returning, please carefully read the instruction materials to ensure you are using it properly, or contact us so we may assist you.
Our Return Policy is applicable until 14 days after a customer receives the item. If 15 or more days have passed since your delivery, and there was no prior contact with us regarding a return, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund. We only refund item(s) if they are defective or damaged and are returned to us unopened or unused.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your return shipment. We will also notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If you have been approved, your refund will be processed, and funds will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment within a specified number of days. Please allow some time for the transfer process to finish. Refunds cannot be issued until the item is received and inspected by our staff. We appreciate your patience on this matter.
Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping fee in all cases, including kit purchases. All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $20.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for any import taxes when applicable. When a package is rejected and returned to FemiCushion internationally, an import tax is required for FemiCushion to receive the returned package. That import tax will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, we ask that you first check your bank account information. Please be aware that it may take some time before your refund is official processed. If some time has passed and the refund still has not been transferred, please contact us so we can confirm if the refund went through. If our records show that the money has been refunded yet you have not received one, please contact your credit card company followed by your bank.
If you feel that the supporter size does not match, please contact us so we can provide an exchange. We only exchange supporters that haven't touched the skin, so please first wear the supporter over underwear first to confirm the size.
If you would like to exchange your supporter, we ask that you also ship the original supporter back to us.
Other FemiCushion components may also be exchanged if they are damaged or defective in some way.
