Return and Refund Policy
Our Return Policy is valid within 15 days of the delivery date. If more than 15 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. Returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the original delivery date to be eligible.
We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged, and they must be returned unopened and unused.
FemiCushion Kit Returns:

All components in the kit must be returned unopened and unused.

If any component has been opened or used, the kit is no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Import fees and shipping costs are nonrefundable.

A $30 restocking & handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
FemiCushion Happiness Returns:

Replacement Parts Returns:

Items must be unopened to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be completed, as processing times may vary by financial institution. Refunds cannot be issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. We appreciate your patience during this process.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be rejected under the following conditions:

The product has been opened or used.

A kit is returned incomplete or with missing components.
If a refund is rejected, you have two options:

Pay a $30 flat-rate shipping fee to have the product returned to you.

Choose to have us dispose of the product on your behalf.
Additional Refund Terms

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

All FemiCushion kit returns are subject to a $30 restocking & handling fee.

Replacement parts and FemiCushion Happiness returns are subject to a $10 restocking & handling fee.

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer for both returns and exchanges.
Import Tax Policy
Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes. If a package is rejected and returned to us from an international destination, FemiCushion is required to pay import tax upon receipt of the returned item. In such cases, the import tax amount will also be deducted from the total refund.
Haven’t Received Your Refund Yet?
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow the steps below:

Check your bank account or payment method to ensure the refund hasn't been received.

Keep in mind that it may take several business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account.

If a significant amount of time has passed and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@femicushion.com so we can verify the status on our end.
If our records show that the refund has been issued, we recommend the following:

Contact your credit card company to confirm if the refund is pending on their side.

Exchange Policy
If you feel the supporter size isn’t the right fit, please contact us, we’re happy to assist with a size exchange.
To be eligible, supporters must not have been used or worn over bare skin. We recommend trying the supporter on over a thin pair of leggings to check the fit. Exchanges will be rejected if the product has been used or worn over bare skin.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges for requests made after this period. Returned items for exchange must also be postmarked within 15 days of the original delivery date.
If your exchange is rejected due to the product being used or worn improperly, you will have two options:
- Pay a $30 flat-rate shipping fee to have the item returned to you.
- Choose to have the product disposed of by us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may choose any shipping method that works for you, please keep the shipping time in mind.
Other FemiCushion components may also be exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective.
