How to Choose Your Supporter Size

We offer our supporter garment in three sizes. Please be sure to measure yourself using the instructions below before placing your order.

Measure the pink area as shown in the image (around the belly button over bare skin).

In addition to measuring your waist, it is also best to check that the waist size you have measured matches with one of the sizes FemiCushion offers according to the sizing chart.

Measure horizontally around your navel over bare skin. FemiCushion works best if the horizontal belt on the supporter fits over the waist. Depending on your figure, there may be some leftover fabric, but this does not change its effectiveness.
